Check-In
- From: 4:00 PM local time
- Your secure door code is sent by email 48 hours before arrival.
- Park directly outside the building (no permit required).
- Building 13, Condo 313 — top floor. Entry is via the keypad to the right of the door.
Check-Out
- By: 10:00 AM local time
- Please load and run the dishwasher before you leave.
- Place used towels in the bath.
- Turn the A/C up to 78°F, close all windows and balcony doors, and pull the door firmly behind you.
House Rules
- Strictly non-smoking and no vaping throughout the condo, including both balconies.
- No pets, please.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbours.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests as agreed at booking.
- Children are welcome — travel cot and high chair are in the laundry closet.
- Please don't set the air conditioning lower than 70°F — the unit may freeze and stop working.
- Regular trash goes in one of the green bins; recycling goes in the blue bin outside the unit.
Helpful Bits
- Property manager: This property is managed by Your Orlando Stay / Premier Vacation Rentals. For on-the-ground assistance call 800-354-7630 or email info@premiervacationrentalsFL.com.
- Bin / trash day: Bagged trash goes in the green dumpsters opposite the building; recycling goes in the blue bin — any day, any time.
- Mail: Mail and parcels can be left at the resort office on New Providence Promenade.
- A/C: Set thermostat to 72–74°F for comfort; never below 70°F as the unit may freeze. Keep balcony doors closed when running.
- Laundry: Detergent pods, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room cupboard.
- Pool towels: Stacked on the shelf in the laundry room — please don't take the bath towels to the pool.
- Lost something?: Email info@dreamingoffloridaholidays.co.uk and we'll do our best to track it down.
Bahama Bay Gas BBQs
The resort has covered gas grill pavilions — perfect for a family cookout. Here's how to use them safely.
- The BBQ pavilion door is unlocked during available hours.
- Set the timer at the top of the unit — push to the top, then turn to start.
- Make sure the gas is OFF and the lid is OPEN before lighting.
- Push and turn the burner dial(s) to ON.
- Press the igniter button until the burner lights.
- When you're finished, turn the burners fully to OFF and close the lid.
- Only press the red emergency gas shut-off in a genuine emergency.
